As a

Health Care Aide (HCA)

at Gold Star Care Corp, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promote their independence, and support their overall health and well-being. You'll work in a caring, professional environment that values respect, teamwork, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, etc.) Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or needs to supervisors or nursing staff Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement Assist clients with exercises and mobility to promote physical health Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients at all times Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Requirements

? Must have a valid

Health Care Registry Number

? Previous experience as a Health Care Aide (preferred)
? Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
?

Driving is an asset

(reliable transportation preferred)
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
