Job Summary
St. Norbert Personal Care Home, a 91 bed long term care facility, is looking to hire Full -time and Part - time Health Care Aide for Night Shifts
Responsibilities and Duties
The Health Care Aide is a member of the health care team, working under the direction of Registered Nurses and /or Licensed Practical Nurses. The Health Care Aide is responsible for performing and assisting with duties related to meeting resident personal needs in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
The Health Care Aide must be able to function effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment utilizing nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Candidates must have a Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized Educational Institute.
Benefits
Compensation and benefits are in accordance with the applicable St. Norbert PCH Collective Agreement.
