Health Care Aide
Job Description
Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts is seeking a casual Health Care Aide who is willing to work days, evenings and/or overnight.
Responsibilities:
Adhering to the care plan as determined by supervisor
To occasionally assist the resident with personal care and hygiene, and activities of daily living
Observing and reporting on changes in residents' condition to supervisor
Escalating medical emergencies to supervisor or emergency medical services as appropriate
Maintain resident information confidentiality
Assist with laundry tasks as needed
Encourage independence and resident participation in daily routines and recreational activities.
Oversee front desk as needed, answering phones, assisting residents with meal orders and other tasks
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
