Home Care Aide with Tez Healthcare Services

, you will play a vital role in supporting clients' independence and quality of life by providing holistic personal, emotional, and psychosocial care.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive personal, emotional, and psychosocial care to clients in their homes. Assist with personal hygiene, oral care, skincare, toileting, bathing, feeding, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with light exercises and mobility activities, as appropriate. Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written/electronic formats. Ensure the highest standards of client safety and well-being. Monitor and assess clients' health status, promptly reporting and documenting any changes. Perform required assessments and submit accurate and timely reports related to client care.

Qualifications:

Current registration with the Care Aide Registry of British Columbia (preferred). Legally eligible to work in Canada. Good physical health with the ability to perform all aspects of the position. Previous experience in home care is an asset.

Licence/Certification (Preferred):

CPR Certification / BLS Certificate. Registration with BC Care Aide Registry.
