You will work to the full capacity of an HCA and grow your skills as you work independently and become an advocate for the client. You are a compassionate and empathetic individual as you work in this interesting, challenging, and continually changing field with some complex patients who require your support. The Health Care Aide functions as a member of the team providing healthcare services for clients and family members in their home environment.
