Instructor for Health Care Aide Program Online

Herzing College is looking for energetic, outgoing professionals to join our Faculty Team.

Successful candidates for this position must have the following attributes:

Experience as an online instructor Develop and implement lesson plans Evaluate student success Maintain appropriate student and program records Confident and self- managing Dependable and punctual Approachable Excellent problem-solving skills Effective and open communication Adaptable and flexible Carry out other duties as assigned Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation Excellent technical skills and comfort Ability to work cooperatively with other instructors and staff Ability to consider and respond appropriately to the needs, and feeling and capabilities of students, to provide feedback and treat students equitably Is adaptable, flexible, and creative in finding solutions to issues Is goal-oriented and highly organized; able to manage time to work on multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once Strong Microsoft Office skills
*Qualifications

Experienced licensed Registered Nurse (R.N. or LPN Four years experience in a related field of two years practical experience Certificate in Adult education. Technical Vocational Teacher Education diploma or a Permanent vocational Teacher Certificate is an asset Current CPR and PHIA

Salary: From $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
