Willow Square Continuing Care Centre in Fort McMurray includes 36 long term and palliative care spaces and 72 supportive living spaces. It\'s also the first Alberta Infrastructure to use geothermal heating and set up to add solar panels and add 36 spaces in the future. The Health Care Aide functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing healthcare services for clients and family members in their home environment. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Fort McMurray Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $12,480. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.
