Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including assisted living facilities, home care, and hospice care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed schedules and dosages.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols is a plus.
- Knowledge of senior care practices and techniques is beneficial.

Skills:
- Strong patient care skills and the ability to provide compassionate care to individuals of all ages.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to accurately document patient information and follow care plans.
