We are currently seeking a Health and Safety Administrator based in Saint John, NB.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory compliance reporting.
• Manage regulatory compliance training - forecasting of training requirements, book training sessions.
• File workers compensation claim paperwork.
• Calculate RIR
• Manage US Random Drug & Alcohol Program - set up appointments, notify supervisors, manage documentation and record keeping.
• Setup medical booking, return to work for US employees.
• Manage training records in Oracle HCM System and perform regular audits.
• Support hazard identification process using Intelex.
• Provide administration services to the health and safety team

Education Requirements - Knowledge & Skills:

• Post-secondary education
• Previous experience in safety and / or regulatory compliance would be considered an asset.
• Experience using Oracle HCM and ISNetworld would be considered an asset.
• Strong organization skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
