Who You Are:
You're a positive and enthusiastic people-person with a genuine passion for health, community, and wellness. You have 2+ years of restaurant/barista experience. As the Team Leader, you'll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from training new team members to effectively resolving operational challenges. A typical day at our wellness bar:
Complete daily operation checklists (menu item prep, opening duties, ...)
Create made-to-order menu items (smoothie bowls, waffles, coffees, ...)
Work with our point of sale and delivery app systems (Uber, DoorDash, Ritual, HungerHub)
Order supplies as needed
Interact with customers, providing a STELLAR customer experience :)
Conduct inventory counts and complete daily cleaning
Manage cash and deposits
The ideal applicant would have:
2+ year(s) barista/ or FOH restaurant experience
Keyholder experience
Cash handling experience
Excellent communication and customer experience skills
Excellent organizational skills
Food handler certificate
Workplace health & safety knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
