```Duties```
As a Head Server, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience and ensuring excellent customer service. Your main duties will include:

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
- Providing recommendations on menu items and answering any questions or concerns from guests
- Handling customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolving them to the satisfaction of the guest
- Training and supervising other servers to ensure consistent service standards
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders
- Managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong hospitality and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and ability to prepare basic cocktails is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking, billing, and overall service delivery
