Robert Half is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual looking to further their career as a Head of Security and Parking Operations. The Head of Security and Parking will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security and parking operations across our facilities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:-Develop, implement, and oversee security policies, protocols, and procedures-Manage and lead the security and parking team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations-Conduct risk assessments and oversee the implementation of security measures-Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed-Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations-Oversee the maintenance and operation of security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems-Ensure the safety and security of all employees, clients, and visitors-Manage parking facilities, ensuring efficient and effective operations-Handle security incidents and investigations, providing detailed reports to senior management-Continuously evaluate and improve security and parking operations to enhance safety and efficiencyQualifications:-Minimum of 2 years of experience in security management, preferably in a corporate or campus environment-Proven experience in managing a team-Strong knowledge of security protocols, systems, and procedures-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills-Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills-Proficient in security software and technology-Valid security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are a plusIf this position interests you, please call us at 613-236-4253 or apply online today!Job Reference Number: 0012992791Robert Half is the world\'s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
