About the Role

As Head of Product, you will own product strategy and execution across our company as a senior leader.



We are looking for a builder, strategist, and execution leader in one. Someone who can set a vision, validate it with users, and drive it through to launch and beyond.

What You'll Do

------------------

Product Leadership

Drive product strategy and roadmaps for multiple products in parallel Align product development with company goals and growth strategies Partner with CEOs, growth leaders, Marketing and Revenue teams to define priorities Diagnose product performance issues and implement changes quickly

Execution & Delivery

Lead user discovery, market validation, and rapid prototyping Create and maintain frameworks for MVP builds, launches, and product analytics Oversee agile sprints, ensuring high-velocity delivery of impactful features Monitor product KPIs including activation, retention, and feature adoption

Team Enablement & Knowledge Sharing

Coach team members on best practices Standardize product documentation and launch processes across ventures Capture and share product insights, templates, and benchmarks studio-wide

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

7+ years in product leadership roles within Coaching, Media, and/or SaaS space, with early-stage experience Proven ability to manage multiple products or client accounts simultaneously Track record of taking products from idea to market traction and revenue Deep expertise in discovery, MVP development, and feature prioritization Strong data skills with the ability to turn insights into actionable changes Excellent communicator with leadership presence, able to influence founders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a venture studio, accelerator, or agency environment Background in AI-driven products or automation Skilled in creating clear PRDs, product narratives, and sprint plans
