The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Growth Marketer
who knows how to run rapid experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and conversion. You'll own the full testing system -- from hypothesis to learnings -- building a repeatable, data-driven growth engine that compounds over time.
You'll replace "more spend" with "smarter tests." and heavily leverage AI as part of your workflow. You'll find what works fast, scale it, and document learnings so every dollar gets smarter.
What you'll do:
Experimentation & Optimization
Build and run landing page tests to improve trial signups and conversion.
Lead CRO and A/B testing across pages, funnels, and onboarding flows.
Use hypothesis-driven, lean experimentation to validate messaging quickly.
Run small-budget sprint tests to learn before scaling spend.
Create and optimize landing pages in
Instapage
,
Unbounce
, or
Webflow
.
Manage paid channels (
Google Ads
,
Meta Ads
) with clear cost-per-trial targets.
Maintain a
Testing Repository
of insights to guide future messaging and investment decisions.
Lifecycle & Campaigns
Own
HubSpot
marketing automation -- build and maintaindrip workflows, trial nurture sequences, and lifecycle triggers.
Manage
email blasts
and newsletter campaigns to activate and retain customers.
Coordinate and execute monthly
webinars
Content creation that supports lead capture and engagement.
Report results transparently -- no vanity metrics, only validated learning.
You'll Have
5+ years in
growth, demand gen, or performance marketing
, ideally SaaS.
Minimum:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
Preferred:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Proven track record improving conversion through A/B and CRO testing.
Hands-on experience running lean, hypothesis-driven experiments.
Deep understanding and experieince with Hubspot.
Experience with tools like Instapage, Unbounce, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
