Responsible for human capital planning, human resources allocation, HRM strategy development and alignment, staff development and retention.
Spread expert knowledge of Canadian employment policies and regulatory requirements, and advise HR team on a higher and professional scope.
Promote great organizational culture based on thorough understanding of corporate culture of the Bank and its Group and cross-culture management.
Ensure the Bank is in full compliance with employment related laws and related legal requirements, ensure all internal policies are adhered to, and promote the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s culture and workplace ethics.
Provide leadership, direction and strategic management of HR and administration, add valuable resources and assets to the department and the Bank.
Advise on the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s long-term HR planning and budgeting, and oversee HR and Administration operations.
Structure competitive compensation package, design recruitment and retention programs, building and oversee training programs, and guarantee the implementation.
Lead communication with parent bank over expatriates management, responsible for reporting and relationship building with HR management from parent bank.
Attend management meetings with parent bank, participate in related Committee meetings of the Bank.
Work across functions at managerial level and above, optimize HR management and administration mechanism, continuously improving automation efficiency to meet business development needs.
Able to properly bridge with parent bank and offer significant insight at strategic level.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business, or relevant fields.
10+ years of HR management experience in the world\'s top 100 financial institutions.
8+ years of HR management experience at senior level in multinational/global companies.
Solid HR management experience especially being working with executive members directly in addressing complex and organization-wide issues.
Strong leadership in directing HR management at strategic level, and deep understanding of Canadian employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese with work proficiency, able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage and inspires others by acting as a team/department leader.
Able to translate complex ideas and demonstrated outstanding leadership.
Srong ethics and high standard of professional conduct.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
