Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, catering, and food service management, with the ability to create innovative menus and manage kitchen operations efficiently. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service. Plan and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards. Manage inventory control and ordering of kitchen supplies to minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety, and hospitality standards. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance guest experiences through exceptional food service. Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary. Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring timely execution of catering orders.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the culinary industry. Strong background in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management. Experience in menu planning, food production, and inventory management. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team management and development. Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and guests. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bartending is a plus. Pay: From $25.00 per hour
