Key Responsibilities
Lead all kitchen operations: prep, execution, quality control, and plating
Create and update seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff
Manage food costs, ordering, inventory, and supplier relationships
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
Maintain high standards of consistency and presentation
Collaborate with management to improve processes and guest experience
Who We're Looking For
3-5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, seasonal, creative cooking
Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen systems
Calm, positive, team-first attitude
Someone who enjoys the rhythm of a busy summer season and a quieter winter period
