The Head Chef will be responsible for the following:
1. Team Leadership and Direction regarding the following areas; food preparation, and execution of dishes during service
2. Maintaining high quality of food preparation and cleanliness to exceed food safety standards
3. Must be updated with food handlers certification
4. Weekly purchase order lists
5. Regular inventory
6. Work within labour costs parameters from owner
7. Innovate and create seasonal menu options as well as weekly features
8. Hands on role and must be involved with meal execution
9. Responsible for weekly scheduling and scheduling conflicts
10. Must work continuously with owner to improve food costs and margins
