Odd Seoul, a 13 year old venue, is looking for a chef to run our operations.
- Oversee and manage the kitchen operations
- Create and develop innovative and delicious menu item
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in menu planning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
