Inspired by the bounty of the West Coast and rooted in a spirit of craftsmanship, this new venture will be a dynamic departure from our Italian origins, highlighting local seafood, seasonal produce, and the incredible flavors of the Pacific Northwest.

. Your role will be to oversee the culinary team, ensuring the highest quality food while fostering a positive and high-energy work environment.

Leadership & Culture
Lead by example, fostering a positive, professional, and inclusive kitchen environment
Inspire and mentor team members, prioritizing staff development and collaboration
Uphold the values of Autostrada Hospitality in all aspects of kitchen leadership
Culinary Excellence
Maintain the highest standards in food quality, preparation, and presentation
Oversee daily kitchen operations, cleanliness, and organization
Ensure consistency in execution across all menu items
Team Development
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing culinary team
Create opportunities for learning, growth, and innovation
Build a strong kitchen culture with clear communication and mutual respect
Menu & Operations
Collaborate with Chef Lucais and ownership on menu development
Manage inventory, ordering, invoicing, and kitchen scheduling
Control food and labor costs while maintaining excellence
Collaboration & Vision
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to align on service standards, budgets, and guest experience
Be a visible, hands-on leader during service
Who You Are
2+ years in a Head Chef or senior culinary leadership role
Experienced in high-volume or elevated casual dining environments
Passionate about West Coast ingredients, seafood, and seasonality
Calm and focused under pressure, with excellent communication skills
Strong understanding of kitchen systems, costing, and labor management
A collaborative and creative problem-solver with a genuine love for hospitality
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
