We're on the lookout for a

Head Chef

to lead our dynamic kitchen team and bring fresh energy to our fast-paced, community-focused cafe. If you're passionate about honest ingredients, tight-knit teams, and building something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, staff leadership, and maintaining the high standards our guests know and love. You'll report to the Executive Chef and work closely with both front and back-of-house to deliver a standout cafe experience.

You Bring:

Previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef Leadership skills that motivate and elevate those around you A calm, efficient approach under pressure Solid understanding of inventory, food cost, prep systems, and scheduling A love for seasonally driven, approachable food made from scratch Bonus if you've worked in a brunch or cafe-style kitchen
