Head Chef
The Head Chef position is now available within the family owned Truro Group of Companies which owns and operates 4 restaurants. Nook and Cranny on the Water located in the historic town of Pictou with an unimpeded ocean view. The latest of the Nook branded restaurants to open in May of 2023. The addition of a 150 seat ocean view patio in 2024 makes the Nook and Cranny on the Water the must stop!

Reporting to the Executive Chef of the Truro Group, the candidate must have previous kitchen management experience, desire to lead and train staff, passion for making fantastic fresh food with the vision of exceeding customers' expectations. • Culinary: 3 years (required)
