is looking for a talented head chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar high volume establishment and has a strong knowledge of food safety, menu design & costing, inventory control and has strong leadership abilities.

Duties:

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Create and implement menus and recipes
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all food items
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage a team of kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and improve existing ones

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food service and restaurant management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and safety standards
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
