Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, and staff management while ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends while catering to customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling practices, and safety protocols. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to maximize profitability. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Maintain a strong presence in the kitchen during service to ensure timely delivery of dishes. Creating menus, happy hour, daily features, soups, holiday menus ideas Ensuring deliveries, take out orders, catering are all executed with the highest standard Ensuring delivery car taken care of with regards to cleaning, gas and oil.

Requirements



Proven experience in a leadership role within the culinary field, preferably as a Head Chef or Sous Chef. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and restaurant management. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Previous experience in hospitality settings with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
