As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing the culinary team, and ensuring the quality and presentation of all dishes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and service.
Duties
Leading and supervising the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Developing menus, creating new dishes, and ensuring consistent food quality
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Collaborating with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
Qualifications
Extensive experience in the hospitality or food industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food service techniques
Proficiency in food safety practices and regulations
Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
