Description


The head cashier manages the cash area and the cashiers while ensuring an exceptional and attentive customer service.


Responsibilities:


Manage the team of cashiers Ensure the training of new cashiers Responsible for the photo department Ensure the performance of all tasks related to balancing the cash Maintain and order supplies Perform various orders Manage returns and surplus merchandise Manage expired products Keep planograms updated Maintain high standards at the cash registers Answer phone calls Provide exemplary customer service

Requisite skills and knowledge:


Attention to detail Good communication skills, both verbal and written Commitment to providing excellent customer service Accounting skills Dynamic, responsible, with interpersonal skills Secondary School diploma Bilingualism an asset


The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).
