Knowledge and experience in chemical treatment programs
Knowledge and experience with tests to be performed in the monitoring of a boiler system
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Capacity to recognize facility needs and respond accordingly
Ability to get along with and communicate with a wide range of people
Superior cleaning skills
Superior planning skills
Leadership in assigning and completing caretaker duties
Repair and maintenance skills of caretaking equipment
Commitment to workplace safety through:
Modeling best practices related to safety
Consistent monitoring of work site to identify and remedy potential hazards
Requiring and monitoring work safe practices of supervised staff
Successful caretaking experience
Commitment to professional growth and development
Successful demonstration of regular maintenance to a facility mechanical system and skills in architectural and plumbing repairs
Ability to problem solve
Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic Education
Terms of Employment:
As per Collective Agreement
8.0 hours/day

Salary range: $24.51 - $28.53 per hour
