Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the bar area efficiently, including inventory control and restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling is essential. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
