Bartender (Mixology-Focused)

We are seeking a skilled and engaging Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in bartending technique, cocktail preparation, and beverage knowledge, along with a genuine passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for executing classic and contemporary cocktails, maintaining bar standards, and confidently guiding guests through our beverage offerings. Prior experience with high-volume service, cocktail builds, and POS systems such as Micros POS is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and efficiency, following established recipes and standards Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktail builds; ability to execute and modify drinks as needed Utilize POS systems such as Micros POS accurately for order entry, tab management, and payment processing Engage guests with professionalism and confidence, offering recommendations and enhancing the overall bar experience Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, adhering to food safety, sanitation, and beverage handling standards Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in compliance with local regulations Assist with inventory control, restocking, and proper storage of bar products Collaborate with bar and service staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines consistently

Experience & Skills

Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred Strong understanding of cocktail techniques, drink builds, and bar workflow Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms Solid cash handling and basic math skills for tabs and payments Knowledge of food safety standards and proper beverage handling procedures Ability to multitask and maintain quality under pressure during high-volume service Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills

Compensation

Pay is competitive and based on skill level, mixology knowledge, and prior bartending experience. Final compensation will be determined following a trial period, during which performance, technical ability, and guest engagement will be evaluated.
