Job Description

We are seeking a part-time faculty (3hrs of teaching time per week) to teach a Head and Neck Anatomy course. You will provide high-quality instruction to students and play a key role in delivering and maintaining curriculum to support student success, while fostering a respectful, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. This is an in-person course located in Moncton NB.###

Key Responsibilities



Provide instruction in Head and Neck Anatomy for students. Implement and maintain curriculum in collaboration with the Program Manager. Plan and deliver engaging content and learning activities that reflect the values, needs, and contributions of a culturally diverse community. Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) Manage the classroom to ensure an optimal learning environment using an outcome-based approach. Accommodate the special learning needs of students, including equity groups and diverse learners. Use appropriate evaluation methods, record student progress, and provide timely feedback. Adhere to academic regulations and policies of Oulton College.

Requirements



Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree, or related field. Two years of relevant experience. Demonstrated competence with the use of the internet, e-mail, MS Office suite software and ability to learn and adapt to technology. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Experience in teaching is considered an asset.
