Are you tired of agencies that treat you like a number?
At Ascent Home Care, we believe exceptional care starts with taking exceptional care of our team. We're a heart-led home care company founded by nurses who've seen what's broken in this industry - and we're building something better.
What Makes Us Different:
You Matter Here
We know your name, your strengths, and what you need to succeed. Our founders work alongside our team because we believe leadership should be hands-on, not hands-off.
Consistent Assignments
Build real relationships with families instead of being shuffled between random clients. You'll work with the same families over time, developing the trust and familiarity that makes care meaningful.
Heart-Led Decisions
Every policy, every schedule change, every decision starts with asking "What's best for our people and the families we serve?" - not "What's most profitable?"
Professional Growth
Ongoing training, mentorship from experienced nurses, and opportunities to specialize in areas like dementia care. We invest in your development because great caregivers deserve great support.
Someone Who Cares Deeply
You didn't get into this work for the money. You genuinely want to make a difference in people's lives and understand that small acts of kindness matter as much as clinical skills.
Reliable & Committed
Families depend on you showing up. You take that responsibility seriously and understand that consistency is part of caring.
Growth-Minded
You want to keep learning and improving. Whether it's new techniques, better communication, or specialized training - you see every day as a chance to be better.
