Your days will include:

Reviewing and assessing written programs to ensure compliance with SQF requirements Executing and maintaining HACCP/SQF programs and SOPs Training new employees on HACCP/SQF procedures and company policies Conducting verifications and updating records Continuously evaluating and improving HACCP/SQF programs Collaborating with CFIA inspectors, Operations, and the QA team to address food safety concerns Contributing as a proactive team member within the SQF Department

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Relevant experience in HACCP, SQF, and food processing Knowledge of Six Sigma, GMPs, and HACCP/SQF (preferred) Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team A strong focus on food and workplace safety
