The work:

The Forest Operations Division is looking to fill a Harvesting Supervisor role with a reliable and motivated individual who have a positive attitude towards teamwork.

• Engage and train entrepreneurs
• Find solutions to production variances
• Be responsible for health and safety on operations
• Prepare production reports as well as coach and develop operator

Your qualifications:

• Possess a university degree, technical or equivalent training.
• Supervisor experience will be considered an asset
• Fast learning speed
• Excellent communication skills and leadership
• Excellence in problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to implement change
• Have a concern for the quality of work and have a high level of details
• Be organized, autonomous, have interpersonal skills and have a sense of initiative
• Ability to manage multiple files at once
• Be able to work in a team
• Meet the JDI selection criteria
