Cannabis Harvest Crew Member (Temporary, 4-6 Weeks)

Position Overview:

As a Harvester, you'll play a key role in harvest operations. This work is very physical and hands-on, making it a great opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors and working in a team environment.

Shifts Available:

Day shifts Night shifts Weekend shifts
Responsibilities:

Hand-harvesting cannabis plants in the field Trimming, sorting, and preparing product for processing Following Health Canada compliance and facility protocols Able to follow specific instructions and a keen eye for detail. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Working efficiently to meet harvest timelines. Able meet minimum harvesting metrics.
What We're Looking For:

Must be at least 19 years old Hardworking, reliable, and punctual individuals Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods in various temperatures and weather condition. Comfortable with physical labour and repetitive tasks Team-oriented attitud Previous farm experience is strong asset. We will give preference to those with other crop (grape, apple, blueberry, etc) harvesting/picking experience, farm workers, fish plant workers and locals to the area first

Compensation:

Pay to be determined based on experience. Flexible scheduling across days, nights, and weekends
Expected hours: 12 - 40 per week
