We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Hardware Support Technician
to join our IT team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience incomputer hardware maintenance, technical support, and device management
within a medium to large-scale environment (approximately 500 devices).You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading hardware equipment, ensuring reliable operation of all IT assets. This role requires good physical condition and occasional travel to different company sites.
Responsibilities:
Provide
hardware support
for desktops, laptops and peripherals. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues efficiently. Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades of hardware components. Maintain and update inventory for approximately500 devices
in the company's IT asset management system.Job Type: Full-time
