Greet customers upon entrance to the building and assess their needs Answer inbound calls from the customer in friendly manner Tidy and stock shelves with inventory Operate Spruce Point of Sale system after completing training Complete payment from customer via cash, debit or credit Be knowledgeable about the product in the store Drive repeat business by providing excellent customer service Potential to learn to create purchase orders and receive inventory
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Hardware experience is an asset Must have experience using a computer
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work 8-6pm on weekdays Must be able to work 9-5 every second Saturday
This is a part-time position. Looking for 2 days during the week and Saturday's.
