We are currently hiring a full-time\xe2\x80\xafHardware Sales Associate for our Kent store. They also like flexible schedules and opportunities to advance. Starting wage: $13.95 Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all product is available for the customer
• Answering product inquires over the phone
• Ensuring all tools are on display for the customer
• Retrieve items for customers
• Creating labels and signs for the department
• Working safely
• Providing superior customer service \xe2\x80\x93 this includes greeting customers, providing information, completing sales and arranging deliveries
• Learning about new products and attending training

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Retail sales experience is considered an asset
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
• Able to develop comprehensive product knowledge
• Possess a high level of attention to details
• Able to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D635) used to process orders
• Able to lift up to 55lbs
