Reporting to the Hardware Assistant Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviours and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service through various touch points and communication channels.
Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedure, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to lottery, tobacco, wine, spirits, and beer.
Knowledge and understanding of the point of sale (POS) system, pumps and propane.
Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.

You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
You are honest and trustworthy, are results oriented, and are proud of the work that you do.
You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
Customer service experience especially in the CRS would be considered an asset.
You have an ability to fulfill physical job requirements - standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 25 pounds regularly.
You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
You must be willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certification.
