About the opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage trade-specific projects from start to finish. This role involves planning, organizing, and directing various trade operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills,
hands-on industry experience, and knowledge of retaining walls and lawn installation
as well as experience leading heavy equipment operators.

Responsibilities:
Schedule employees to jobsites with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks according to urgency.
Understanding of building codes, project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail.
Able to oversee multiple landscaping and snow removal crews at various locations.
On-time completion of projects and Work Orders.
Communicate with other Project Managers on current workflow and booking times.
Establish and maintain open communication with clients, management, and employees.
Listen to the client to ensure clear expectations, requirements, and concerns.
Maximize profitability through efficiency, cost control, and opportunity.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Assist in the preparation of estimates.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping and/or retaining wall projects required
Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment
Project management experience in landscaping or related fields
Proven ability to lead teams efficiently and safely
Skilled in using power tools and heavy equipment
Technical inspection experience for residential and commercial sites
Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Valid driver's license class 5is required
Organized, reliable, and punctual
