Responsibilities:

• To be eligible for this position you must be able to complete a large scale hardscape project from start to finish.
• Oversee, coach, manage performance, and develop lead hands/ technicians
• Ability to read and implement construction blueprints and designs
• Ability to direct the excavation and preparation of site
• Utilize technology to track time and crew performance
• Present professionalism with a customer service mentality when interacting with clients
• Take initiative to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications

• Experience working as a leader in landscape construction industry
• Valid Drivers License
• Demonstrates professionalism and competence when dealing with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience with GPS survey equipment would be an asset
• Experience with heavy equipment would be an asset
