We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and carpentry, with hands-on experience using various hand tools. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed accurately and efficiently, adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Responsibilities
Perform installations of various products according to blueprints and specifications.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
Conduct caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and finish.
Lift heavy materials as needed during installation processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Troubleshoot installation issues as they arise, providing solutions to ensure quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or carpentry is required.
Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings is essential.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Experience with caulking techniques is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
Previous maintenance person experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
