Infinity Group Construction is an industry leader in property and facility management, with expertise in plumbing and electrical. IGC supplies turnkey facilities and project management to clients nationwide. We are seeking a reliable individual to fulfill the roll of Handyperson in the Montreal and surrounding area. Duties Include:

• Inspecting commercial properties to identify and report deficiencies
• Painting
• Drywall repair
• Carpentry
• Tile repair and replacement
• General building maintenance and repairs
• Store fixture and cabinet install
• Trim and Casework install
• Must have basic knowledge in electrical and plumbing
• Delivery of furniture and store fixtures

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English
• Proven experience as a handyman
• Good communication and high level of customer service
• Well-organized and has excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Tech savvy
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and report back to the manager
• Must have a valid driver's licence and clean drivers abstract
• Must provide a Criminal record check upon hiring
• Must be able to work nights and weekends if required
• Ability to work with other trades
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• 24/7 service work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
