Wolverine Industries is growing and we're looking to bring on a few skilled Carpenters /Handymen to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. This position will specialize in commercial and strata maintenance throughout Kelowna, focusing heavily on condo and apartment repairs, suite turnovers, and general construction tasks.

We need someone who can work independently, as well as with other team members. Someone who shows up with a great attitude, and takes pride in their work. If you have a great attitude, a knack for general repairs, and a solid carpentry background--read on.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience matters: Minimum 5+ years in the carpentry or general handyman field. Initiative and attitude: You'll often be working with another team member. You will be expected to be able to jump from site to site, adjusting to our fast paced, and very busy schedule. You will be expected to be able to solve problems on the fly, and complete jobs with minimal oversight or management is key. Versatile skill set: From drywall repair to basic plumbing, trim work, hardware installs, cabinetry fixes, flooring touch-ups, and more--no two days are the same. Client-Facing Professionalism: You must be respectful, clean, and presentable at all times. We work inside people's homes--every job site must be left cleaner than you found it. Positive Attitude Only: We're a tight-knit team that thrives on positivity, hustle, and appreciation for the work. If you bring negativity or drama--this is not the place for you.
Requirements:

Valid BC Driver's License and clean driving record Reliable transportation (preferably a work-ready vehicle) Must own basic tools Able to pass a reference check Local to the Kelowna area (or willing to commute) Non smoker preferred

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
