Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Respond promptly to service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or renovations as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.

Skills

Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
