Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and capable Handyman or handywoman to join our maintenance team, based out of Vancouver, BC. We provide repair, maintenance and renovation services from Monday to Friday during regular working hours.

Our clients love our expertise, excellent service and how we do what's best for them and their homes and businesses.

Duties May Include:

Assembling furniture and installing appliances Power washing / gutter cleaning Drywall repair/installation Painting Basic carpentry (baseboards, door installations, rot repair) Demolition Repairs around a home (bifold doors, caulking, blocked drains) Simple non-licensed plumbing Simple non-licensed electrical Item disposal Fence and deck repair Flooring, tiling Keeping accurate records of work performed and materials used Adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications

You have proven experience as a Handyman / woman in a similar role You have a valid Driver's License with a clean abstract You have a clean criminal record check You have your own tools You have dependable transportation for tools and materials You can work independently with minimum supervision You are a great communicator (interacting with clients)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$31.00 per hour
