We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage time effectively, and ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Perform general repair and maintenance tasks Assembling furnitures, bikes, and other fixtures and home equipments as needed Respond to service requests from management. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Cleaning and organizing work areas

Skills

Proficiency in a variety of maintenance person skills including electrical work, carpentry, etc Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills for interacting team members. Basic knowledge of safety practices in maintenance work.
