We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Laborers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. Duties

Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors and lead workers to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods. Strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks on time. Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
