We're looking for a skilled and reliable

Handyman /Woman

to join our growing team. This role is key in keeping our mixed-use residential and commercial properties running smoothly and maintained to high standards.

What You'll Do

Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial sites, including light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks. Troubleshoot issues on-site and complete repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance concerns and recommend improvements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Communicate clearly with property managers, tenants, and the office team to provide updates on progress and timelines. Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with building standards.

What You Bring

Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or similar trade role--ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial properties. Strong proficiency with hand and power tools, and familiarity with general building systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits. Physically capable of performing light to moderate labor as needed.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
