We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled

Handyman/Contractor

to assist with a variety of residential home maintenance and repair tasks on a casual basis. This is an

independent contractor role

, ideal for someone looking for flexible work at $40/hour.

Our homes are located in the Guelph, Kitchener, Cambridge areas.

Responsibilities

General home maintenance and repair Small to mid-sized projects (e.g., installations, removals, patchwork) Interior and exterior painting Minor carpentry Basic plumbing and electrical work (an asset, but not required) Occasional heavier lifting or physical tasks Ensuring job sites are clean and safe after each project

Requirements

Proven experience in general handyman work or contracting Own tools and transportation Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours (10-20 hrs/week depending on project load)

Assets (Not Required)

Experience with basic plumbing or electrical repairs

Work Location: On the road
