We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. You will work alongside the construction team, performing the necessary work to build, maintain or repair properties, units/homes, commercial spaces, and more.

Responsibilities:

Complete installations, maintenance and repairs in a timely fashion Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Foster positive communication and relationships with co-workers, clients and sub-contractors Carry out a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, assorted repairs, installations, and custom builds, drywall, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, general maintenance, and more Read and interpret technical drawings and/or blueprints Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in carpentry, maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload Knowledge of commercial and multi-family construction techniques, tools, and equipment Strong carpentry skills and general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and maintenance items Ability to write simple correspondence and reports Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines Team player with strong customer service and collaboration skills Receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and able to follow guidance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50+ pounds Willing to work overtime when required
